1) Attend all Junior Fair Board meetings
2) Organize Pre-Fair
3) Attend two Fair Board meetings:
a. Introduction ~ November
b. Right before Fair ~ July
4) Help staff the fair information booth
5) Serve as greeters at the front gate and/or buildings and
barns
6) Assist with weigh-in and load-out of animals at the barns
7) Serve as clerks for the livestock and horse shows
10) Assist with special contests on stages and /or in
departments
11) Help organize peewee showmanship
12) Assist with the Jr. Livestock Auction
13) Assist with the Livestock Judging Contest
14) Organize the Livestock Award Ceremony
15) Actively recruit membership
16) Provide general assistance as needed |
