Valley Fair seeks 2008 Fair Theme
The Tulelake-Butte Valley Fair is seeking a theme for the
2008 fair. Themes should reflect the communities served by
the fair. The recipient of the winning theme will be awarded
$50. The winning theme will be used in the parade and
exhibit entries and should be of interest to fair visitors.
Submitted themes should be suitable to advertise and promote
the fair.
The contest is open to everyone, except permanent fair
employees, directors and their families. School classes,
clubs, individuals and organizations are encouraged to
participate in this contest. If two or more people submit
the same theme, priority will be given to the first entry
received at the fair office.
Themes must be received at the fair office by January 15th
and the winning theme will be selected by the fair board
members at their January meeting.
Entries will be accepted in an envelope or postcard mailed
to 10-A District Agricultural Association, PO Box 866
Tulelake, CA 96134 or may also be sent via email to
tulefair@cot.net, subject line should read “Fair
Theme.” There is no limit to the number of entries that may
be submitted. The fair board reserves the right to edit any
theme or develop the fair theme.
The 2008 Tulelake Butte Valley Fair will run September 3rd-
7th. |
